When we replace your roof, our workmanship is guaranteed for 10 years from the day we finish, and the membrane, tiles and slates carry their manufacturers' guarantees on top. Repairs and flat roofs are guaranteed too, with the terms for your job written on your quote. We are fully insured.

What our 10 year guarantee means
When we replace your roof, we stand behind our workmanship for 10 years. If something we fitted fails in that time, such as a flashing we dressed, a ridge we fixed or a section of roof we laid, you ring the same number and we come back and put it right at no cost. The guarantee is written, dated and handed to you when the job is finished.
The materials carry their own guarantees on top of ours. Breathable membranes, tiles, slates and flat roof systems all come with manufacturers' guarantees, and those run alongside our workmanship guarantee.
Repairs and flat roofs
Repairs, flat roofs, chimney work and roofline are guaranteed too. Because these jobs vary so much, from a single slipped tile to a full GRP roof, the guarantee for each one is written on your quote so you know exactly what you are getting before you say yes.
What is not covered, and why
Storm and accidental damage after we finish, because that is what buildings insurance is for. Work that someone else later alters or adds to, because we cannot stand behind work we did not do. Parts of the roof we were not asked to work on. And gutters left to block and overflow, because trapped water will damage even the best fascia and roof edge. We tell you all of this up front so there are never arguments later.

How long is the guarantee on a new roof?
10 years on our workmanship for every new re-roof, in writing, from the date we finish. The tiles, slates and membrane also carry their own manufacturers' guarantees.

What do I do if something goes wrong?

Does the guarantee transfer if I sell the house?
Tell us when you sell and we will confirm the guarantee in writing for the new owner. A written roof guarantee is a useful document for a buyer's solicitor.
